Tell us what you need
Send a message on WhatsApp, call, or fill in the contact form. Describe the situation in your own words. You do not need to know the name of the certificate or which department handles it. That part is our job.
If the task is outside what we do, we say so at this stage and point you in the right direction.
Scope and written quote
We break the task into steps, identify the offices or people involved, and estimate a realistic timeline. Then we quote our fee separately from government charges and any third party professional fees, so you can see what is ours and what is not.
Nothing begins until you approve it in writing. If the scope changes later, we re-quote before continuing.
Authorisation and documents
Most government and legal work requires formal authority to act for you. We tell you exactly which authorisation is needed, in what form, and how to get it executed and attested from where you live. We also list the documents required so you send them once, not four times.
Your documents are handled with care, tracked while in our possession, and returned or held as you instruct.
The work on the ground
This is the part you are paying for. Site visits, office queues, follow up calls, meetings with builders, advocates, doctors, contractors and clerks. Repeat visits where a single one is not enough, which is often.
You are not asked to chase us. Updates are sent as things happen, and timed to arrive in your working hours rather than ours.
Proof, not assurances
Every visit is documented. Photographs of the property or the work, video where it helps, receipts for anything paid on your behalf, and details of where we went and who we met. Where appropriate, visits can be recorded with location and time confirmation.
The point is simple. You should never have to take our word for whether something was done.

Completion and handover
When the task is finished you get a closing summary: what was done, what was obtained, what it cost and what remains outstanding, if anything. Original documents are couriered to you, handed to a person you nominate, or held securely here until your next visit.
For ongoing arrangements such as tenancy oversight or elder care, this becomes a regular report on the same cycle.
